Our client is an international pharmaceutical group preparing the launch of a new manufacturing site in Morocco. This is a high-impact, regulatory-critical role at the heart of an ambitious industrial expansion project, combining local market excellence with international compliance standards.

As part of this strategic development, we are recruiting a Responsible Pharmacist to lead regulatory operations, ensure GMP compliance, and build the foundational quality systems for the new production site.

- Serve as the primary regulatory interface with Moroccan health authorities (DMP, SGG).
- Ensure the site's full compliance with local and international GMP standards.
- Lead the implementation and governance of quality systems (QMS, CAPA, change control, batch release, documentation).
- Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team across quality, regulatory affairs and technical functions (20+ professionals).
- Drive inspection readiness, validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), and continuous improvement culture.
- Contribute directly to the structuring and start-up of the new site, in coordination with global stakeholders.
Profil recherché
Education & Regulatory Prerequisites
- Doctorate in Pharmacy (Morocco or equivalent).
- Mandatory SGG authorization as Responsible Pharmacist or Assistant, valid and up to date.
- Previous official registration with the DMP in a leadership or declared regulatory function.
- 15 to 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- At least 5 years of direct, operational interaction with the DMP (regulatory filings, inspections, AMM, pharmacovigilance).
- Strong background in GMP quality systems, site audits, and compliance oversight.
- Previous involvement in industrial ramp-up or certification projects is a strong asset.
- Proven team leadership experience: recruitment, coaching, delegation, performance monitoring.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken); experience in English-speaking or international environments is essential.
